Leilighetsforvaltning provides assistance with tenant placement and ongoing property management for residential rental properties.
Tenant Placement & Setup Fee – NOK 10,000 (one-time fee)
The tenant placement and setup service includes:
- Rental market assessment
- Property photos for marketing purposes
- Preparation and publication of the rental listing on FINN.no
- Handling inquiries from prospective tenants
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Credit, reference, and background checks
- Tenant screening and selection support
- Preparation of tenancy agreement
- Assistance with deposit account setup
- Coordination of move-in date and key handover
- Move-in inspection and condition report
Property Management – NOK 1,300 per month per rental unit
The monthly management service includes:
- Primary point of contact for tenants
- Ongoing tenancy management and communication
- Assistance with rent-related issues when required
- Annual CPI-based rent adjustments in accordance with Norwegian tenancy legislation
- Coordination of maintenance, repairs, and contractors
- Move-out inspections and condition reports when required
Tenant Replacement Included
Should a tenant move out during the management period, a new tenant placement is included at no additional charge.
Additional Costs
The property owner remains responsible for:
- Insurance
- Maintenance and repair costs
- Public fees and utilities
- Contractor and third-party service costs
No additional management fees apply beyond those outlined above unless separately agreed in advance.
Termination and Cancellation
The Property Management agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.
If the Tenant Placement & Setup service is cancelled after work has commenced, Leilighetsforvaltning.no reserves the right to charge for work already completed and any documented expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.
